C.E.C handles requests for longer distance assignments on a same-day, overnight, next-day, weekend and Bank Holiday basis. Each consignment is insured to £20,000 with added Public Liability cover to a maximum £2 million.

The 'economic' dimension is specifically aimed at clients of all sizes that are bearing down on monthly costs during difficult times. C.E.C charges an "all-in" pence-per-loaded-mile rate, bridge fee and the London congestion charge only. There is NO extra to pay for:-

 *VAT

*weight below 400kg 

*early or late starts

*waiting-time

*nightime assignments,

*weekend/Bank Holiday call-outs

 

This simpler fee system applies to a wide range of cargoes that include important and urgent documents, boxed items, IT kit, office equipment, exhibition-convention aids, mechanical parts, small pallets and much, much more.
